The first session of our workshop series, hosted by Asha Ponnachan and co-hosted by Divyank Jain, set an inspiring and energizing tone for what promises to be a transformative journey over the coming weeks.

From the very beginning, the space felt warm, collaborative, and open—an environment where ideas could flow freely and participants felt encouraged to show up as themselves. Asa created a thoughtful balance of structure and flexibility, allowing both guided learning and organic discussion to take place.

A Powerful Start

Session 1 focused on laying the foundation—introductions, intentions, and a shared understanding of what each participant hopes to gain. What stood out most was the diversity of perspectives in the room. People joined from three different countries – India, Canada and, Ghana, of different age from from 22 years old to 73 years old. Each voice added something unique, enriching the collective experience.
