Divyank Jain is the author of ‘In Search of the Lambs’, a short story collection. He holds master’s degrees in English Literature and Commerce. His writings have appeared in literary journals such as Novus Literary Journal (Cumberland University), Boudin by McNeese Review (McNeese State University), Active Muse, Together Magazine, yawp journal, Firefly review, and elsewhere. His short story Out of the Ring was printed and distributed in Belgium as a part of their Specials along with Kermesse magazine by 16 Pages Press. He has co-authored numerous Anthologies, too. Notions of Living and Notions of Healing compiled by Dr. Anu Lal were the bestsellers. Apart from writing, he is an accountancy teacher and a sketch artist.

Shazia Parveen is a writer, poet, and thinker who writes under the pen name ‘Sana’. Born and brought up in Lucknow, she completed her post-graduation in Chemistry from the University of Lucknow. She works as a Content Writer in a private firm and has been in this field for five years. Her love for words began back in her college days, when writing slowly became her way of understanding life and emotions. Since then, she has co-authored two Hindi anthologies and published her debut book ‘Homecafe’ in 2019. She also edits The Hemlock’s digital and print issues and anthologies. Once a teacher, Shazia believes that “Writing is a journey of learning each day.”

Recently, she embraced a slower rhythm, stepping away from Delhi’s urban hustle to work hands-on with women and livelihoods in rural India, finding inspiration and deeper purpose in her work. Passionate about literary fiction, history, politics, and women, and especially writers like Sally Rooney and Arundhati Roy, Janhavi also writes occasionally herself. Photography and travel remain her deepest penchants, and she delights in capturing the delicate textures, fleeting moments, and quiet poetry hidden in everyday life.
