‘The Illusion Of Existence’ by Dipti Silvia Romould

We come into this world with a purpose

We breathe because this is a gift we have.

We smile because we have every right to be happy

We cry because we have a lot of expectations

We sing because it soothes our heart

We laugh and that shows how glad we are in life

We travel, we discover

We love and create bondings

We love making memories.

Capturing them and locking them up

in our life’s gallery.

But Alas! Life isn’t faithful

Everything around here is temporary

And these memories are nothing but pain

We are collecting and treasuring

to make us cry when we grow old.
