In the blink of an eye, the year 2025 came to an end, but it also marked the start of new chapters in life. Here, we repause, redefine, redefine, reconnect and begin again.
If you are reviewing your year, this mindset is significant in the blink of an eye, the year 2025 came to an end, but it also marked the start of new chapters in life. Here, we re-pause, redefine, redefine, reconnect and begin again. The new year brings new hopes, plans, and aspirations for the future. It is another opportunity to be hopeful and manifest life with gratitude and kindness. It shows a path to new beginnings.
Najwa Zebian said, “The new year should not be about a new me but the same me, carrying every part of me that needs healing with the love and compassion it needs. New year; me not leaving behind any part of me that needs me.”
One very pivotal moment was when I came across this essence; this has helped me enough to sit with myself and contemplate life, and I had the absolute realization that the new year is about the same me but with new opportunities, beginnings, and a mindset that will shape my path while journeying life with new wondrous adventures.
A friend of mine once shared with me, “I have written somewhere down the pages of my diary for new year resolutions and I feel that many of them have come true,” because when we plan something deeply from our heart, our energy aligns with our path and written plans.
As I further continued our conversation regarding the significance of new year resolutions, plans, and reflections, he further shared that it is crucial to make resolutions for next year and to throw them away somewhere safe, and at the end of the year, go and check whether they have come true or not. This makes a whole difference in our lives.
For me personally, this year had been as tough and challenging as previous years but also the most important year, where I had learned about self-acceptance and self-confidence, and I have finally mastered the courage to say no to distractions and crowds and let go of people who no longer deserve a place in my life. I have finally understood that it is not about people-pleasing but about walking away without the need to explain it. That’s how I have set myself free.
As we begin a new year, I hope that everyone reading this will learn to see things with a redefined mindset, giving yourself a safe space to reflect and be thankful for every important milestone, even if it is simply being able to recognize your own value and worth. Please greet the new year with hope and strength in your hearts to rise again. Allow yourself to use your energy selectively.
